WITNESS 001 — GORILLAZ: THE MOUNTAIN TOUR
OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR CONTRIBUTION IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OR CONTRIBUTION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. Sponsor
WITNESS 001 — Gorillaz: The Mountain Tour ("Promotion") is sponsored by ipropaganda, ipropaganda, 909 3rd Ave, Unit 1479, FDR Station, New York 10150-1479(“Sponsor").
This Promotion is independently organized by ipropaganda.
Gorillaz, Spectrum Center, the concert promoter, ticketing provider, record label, and their respective affiliates are not sponsors or administrators of this Promotion and are not responsible for its administration unless expressly stated otherwise.
2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States who:
are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry;
are legally permitted to participate under the laws applicable to them; and
are able to attend the September 23, 2026 concert at Spectrum Center in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Employees, contractors, officers and immediate family members of the Sponsor, and persons directly involved in administering the Promotion, are not eligible.
Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on August 31, 2026, 11:59 PM at Eastern Time and ends on September 18 at 11:59 PM ET.
Eastern Time ("Promotion Period").
Entries received after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
Sponsor's computer system will serve as the official timekeeping device for the Promotion.
4. How to Enter
During the Promotion Period, visit the official WITNESS CULTURE entry page and complete the WITNESS 001 entry form.
Entrants will be asked to provide information including their name, email address, ZIP code, confirmation that they are at least 18 years old, and confirmation that they are able to attend the concert.
Limit one entry per person and email address.
No purchase, payment, contribution, subscription, or other financial transaction is required.
Supporting ipropaganda or WITNESS CULTURE financially is entirely optional and will not provide an additional entry, preferential consideration, or increased chance of winning.
Automated, fraudulent, incomplete, duplicate or otherwise manipulated entries may be disqualified.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:

September 23, 2026
Spectrum Center
Charlotte, North Carolina
Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the prize: $220 pair.
The prize consists only of the concert tickets described above unless expressly stated otherwise.
Transportation, lodging, parking, meals, personal expenses and all other costs associated with attending the concert are the responsibility of the winner and their guest.
No cash alternative or substitution is permitted by the winner. Sponsor may substitute a prize of comparable value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.
Tickets may be subject to additional venue, promoter or ticketing-provider terms and conditions.
6. Winner Selection and Odds
One potential winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The drawing is expected to occur on or about September. 19, 2026.
Odds of winning depend entirely upon the total number of eligible entries received.
No payment, purchase or contribution affects the drawing or an entrant's odds of winning.
7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be contacted using the email address provided with their entry.
Because the prize is for a date-specific live event, the potential winner must respond within 24 hours of the initial notification unless Sponsor specifies otherwise.
If the potential winner:
- cannot be contacted;
- fails to respond within the stated period;
- is determined to be ineligible;
- cannot attend the event; or
- declines the prize,
Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
The prize is not considered awarded until eligibility has been verified and the selected entrant has accepted the prize.
8. Ticket Delivery
Tickets will be transferred electronically or delivered using another method designated by Sponsor.
Winner may be required to provide information reasonably necessary to complete the ticket transfer.
The winner will not be required to pay ipropaganda any fee to receive the prize.
9. Event Changes or Cancellation
The Sponsor does not control the concert, venue, artist, tour, ticketing provider or event schedule.
Sponsor is not responsible for postponement, cancellation, artist substitution, venue changes, schedule changes, ticketing-system failures, or other circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.
If the concert is postponed, the tickets will generally remain subject to the policies established by the venue, promoter and/or ticket provider.
If the event is canceled and the tickets cease to have value, Sponsor's obligation regarding the prize will be considered fulfilled except where otherwise required by law.
10. Conduct and Disqualification
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify an entrant who attempts to manipulate the entry process, submit fraudulent or automated entries, interfere with the operation of the Promotion, or violate these Official Rules.
Sponsor may cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the Promotion if fraud, technical failure or circumstances beyond
Sponsor's reasonable control materially affect the integrity or proper administration of the Promotion, subject to applicable law.
11. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize the winner agrees that Sponsor may identify them by first name, last initial, and city/state in connection with announcing the WITNESS 001 winner without additional compensation.
Any broader use of photographs, interviews, written reflections, audio, video or other creative material supplied by the winner will be subject to any additional permissions or agreements presented by ipropaganda.
12. Privacy
Personal information collected through the Promotion will be used to administer the Promotion, verify eligibility, contact the potential winner and fulfill the prize.
Entrants may separately choose whether to receive future WITNESS CULTURE or ipropaganda communications.
Entering the Promotion does not automatically require an entrant to subscribe to marketing communications.
Information collected will otherwise be handled in accordance with ipropaganda's Privacy Policy.
13. Release and Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, entrants agree that Sponsor and its officers, employees, representatives and contractors will not be responsible for losses, damages or injuries arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, possession or use of the prize, except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, delayed, incomplete, misdirected or technically corrupted entries or for failures of internet, email, website, form-processing, ticketing or other third-party systems beyond Sponsor's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Official Rules limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
14. Governing Law
The Promotion is sponsored and administered from the State of New York and is governed by applicable federal law and the laws of the State of New York, without limiting any non-waivable rights or protections an entrant may have under the laws applicable in the entrant's state of residence.
The Promotion is void wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

After the winner has been confirmed, requests for the winner's name may be submitted to:
