No purchase, payment, or contribution is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or contribution will not increase your chances of winning.
2. SPONSOR
WITNESS 002 is presented by ipropaganda (“Sponsor”).
This promotion is independently produced by ipropaganda and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or affiliated with Tricky, Brooklyn Steel, the venue operator, ticketing provider, or their respective affiliates.
3. ELIGIBILITY
WITNESS 002 is open to individuals who:
- are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry;
- can attend Tricky at Brooklyn Steel in Brooklyn, New York, on October 11, 2026; and
- submit a complete eligible entry during the Entry Period.
Employees, contractors, and individuals directly involved in administering WITNESS 002, and members of their immediate households, are not eligible to enter.
Void where prohibited by law.
4. ENTRY PERIOD
WITNESS 002 begins September 21, 2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time and ends October 4, 2026 at 11:59 PM Eastern Time.
Entries received outside the Entry Period will not be eligible.
5. HOW TO ENTER
Enter through the official WITNESS 002 entry form provided by ipropaganda.
Entrants must provide the requested information and confirm their eligibility and ability to attend the event.
Limit one entry per person.
Incomplete, duplicate, automated, fraudulent, or otherwise ineligible entries may be disqualified.
6. PRIZE
One selected entrant will receive:
Two (2) tickets to Tricky at Brooklyn Steel in Brooklyn, New York, on October 11, 2026.
Transportation, lodging, meals, parking, and any other expenses associated with attending the event are not included.
The prize has no cash alternative and may not be sold or exchanged by the selected recipient through WITNESS.
If the concert is postponed, cancelled, rescheduled, or otherwise materially changed for reasons beyond Sponsor's control, Sponsor is not responsible for providing a substitute event or other compensation beyond any rights associated with the tickets themselves.
7. SELECTION AND ODDS
The potential recipient will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
Odds of being selected depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
8. NOTIFICATION AND ACCEPTANCE
The potential recipient will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number supplied with the entry.
The potential recipient will have 12 hours from the time the notification is sent to respond and confirm acceptance and ability to attend.
If the potential recipient does not respond within that period, cannot attend, is found to be ineligible, or declines the tickets, Sponsor may select an alternate recipient at random from the remaining eligible entries.
This process may continue until an eligible recipient accepts the prize.
9. TICKET TRANSFER AND EVENT CONDITIONS
The recipient must provide any information reasonably necessary for delivery or transfer of the tickets.
Use of the tickets is subject to the rules, policies, admission requirements, and conditions established by the venue, ticketing provider, event promoter, and/or artist representatives.
Sponsor is not responsible for denied admission resulting from the recipient's failure to comply with those requirements.
10. PUBLICITY AND PARTICIPATION
The recipient is not required to create content, provide a review, post on social media, or otherwise document the concert as a condition of receiving the tickets.
Where permitted by law, Sponsor may identify the recipient by first name and/or social media handle in connection with announcing the outcome of WITNESS 002, subject to the recipient's permission where required.
11. PRIVACY
Information submitted through the WITNESS 002 entry form will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, contact the potential recipient, and deliver the prize.
Entrants who separately choose to receive future WITNESS CULTURE or ipropaganda communications may also receive those communications. Entering WITNESS 002 does not require consenting to marketing communications.
12. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries reasonably believed to be fraudulent, automated, duplicated, manipulated, or submitted in violation of these Official Rules.
Sponsor may suspend, modify, or cancel WITNESS 002 if circumstances beyond its reasonable control materially interfere with the fair administration of the promotion.
Sponsor's decisions concerning eligibility and administration of the promotion will be final to the extent permitted by law.
13. LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY
To the extent permitted by law, Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, lost or delayed submissions, incorrect contact information supplied by an entrant, ticketing-platform failures, event cancellation or postponement, transportation issues, or circumstances outside Sponsor's reasonable control.
Nothing in these Official Rules excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
14. GOVERNING LAW
WITNESS 002 and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
